Committees

The West Allis / West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce has many committees to assist with planning and administration of various Chamber programs and events. Some of these committees are open to the membership to join and assist. If you are interested in joining a committee, let us know!

Program Committees

Ambassador Committee:

This committee welcomes new members to the Chamber, attends ribbon cuttings and visits current members to make sure the Chamber is serving their needs.

Legislative Committee

This committee helps the membership to keep up with City, County and State Government through organizing candidate and other forums and acts as a liaison between Chamber members and City/Village officials.

 

Wellness Committee

Our mission is to act as a resource for chamber businesses to help start and/or build and support their wellness programs. To facilitate connections among area businesses to support each other. With an ultimate goal of creating a health community and work environments.


 
Event Committees

Annual Dinner

This committee organizes the Chamber's Annual Dinner and Awards ceremony in February/March.

Golf Outing

Our Annual Golf Classic and Social event of the summer is
held in mid July at Western Lakes Country Club.

Forks & Corks at the Farmer's Market

This is our annual wine, beer and food tasting event in September at the WA Farmers Market. This event
showcases our restaurants.

Holiday Charity Benefit:

The Holiday Charity Benefit is held the first week of
December this Holiday Party raises money for needy
individuals and families in our community.
